PhosphositePlus HT phosphorylation

Residue 632 is found once in https://www.phosphosite.org/
It is high throughput only and it is also the opposite side of where the two clusters of hits fall.
It is also found in MID1.

A water held via two h-bonds, x452 and x883 and are close, but the latter two are held via a crystal water, so are a waste of space.
x452 is close and more interesting as has a ring that pi bonds in T with W625 and the ring on the amino side is doing nothing so can go, but AFAIK Hantzsch pyrrole synthesis or even azide-alkyne cycloaddition are not in the robot’s repertoire (I’d need to ask), so this direction of expansion is probably more effort than its worth.
x452 is of interest due to H638, cf. Warren’s post
